Yes! We ONLY grow all of our flowers sustainably. We do NOT use pesticides or herbicides. All of our blooms and tubers are inspected for any imperfections.
Our shipping rates are a flat fee of $12.00. With free shipping over $40.00.
Yes, you will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been shipped. You can use this number to track the status of your delivery.
Tuber must be inspected within 5 days of receiving them. If an order has been damaged, or is incomplete, you must send us a picture with the description of the problem to our email support@jennessflowerfarm.com. We are not responsible for any damage caused by shipping and handling. Including storage and care once in your possession.
Unfortunately, at this time we only offer domestic shipping within the United States.
