All cancelations made prior to item(s) shipping date will result in a full refund to customer. 

We guarantee that all tubers shipped from Jenness Flower Farm will be packaged appropriately for shipping. If tubers are damaged during shipping, please immediately take pictures, and email them to Sales@jennessflowerfarm.com, along with your order number. This must be done within 72 hours of delivery of product. We will review your claim and will respond within 48 hours, after we have made a determination. 

Jenness Flower Farm's tubers will all contain one table "eye". Jenness Flower Farm is not responsible for tubers after 72 hours, including but not limited to the care of them, storage, weather, and planting conditions. 

Jenness Flower Farm LLC is only liable for a refund of the purchased plant and will not provide any additional monetary compensation. Any decisions made by the grower, including expenses for testing, pest management, culling, or other related costs, are the sole responsibility of the grower.

All Jenness Flower Farms tubers will not be shipped before April 1st. Jenness Flower Farm ensures the right to refuse shipping until weather allows. Cold New England springs can sometimes delay our shipping but we will do our best to get them to you as fast as possible! 

Jenness Flower Farm will notify all those who select "Local Pickup" under "Shipping Options" as to when tubers can be picked up. We will provide two different dates, and will notify two weeks in advance via email. If tubers are not picked up they will not be refunded. 

Jenness Flower Farm is meticulous in its passion for keeping our tuber stock virus free. We preform this though various methods such as sterilizing equipment, and culling any suspecting plants. However cannot guarantee that our tubers are 100% virus free. Sometimes plants can get sick to no fault of growers, as virus' can spread easily by insects. We will not refund for any viral tubers. 

We are a licensed seller of KA's® dahlias. Varieties marked with the symbol ® can be freely grown, multiplied, traded, or donated. Growers can freely sell the cut flowers. They can freely harvest and share or sell seeds. Customers who purchase ® varieties may not sell cuttings, tubers, or plants without signing a trademark license with Santa Cruz Dahlias®.
